This album showcases the Pretenders’ electrifying set at ADM-werf, in Amsterdam, on 31 May 1980, during the band’s Pretenders Tour.

The performance was part of the city’s Festival of Fools – a renowned, avant-garde event held annually during the 1970s and early 1980s.

Here, the original line-up of Chrissie Hynde (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), James Honeyman-Scott (lead guitar), Pete Farndon (bass) and Martin Chambers (drums) blaze through classic cuts such as Brass in Pocket, Precious, Talk of the Town, Kid and many more.
