All items onsite are brand new. We do not sell any used, or second-hand vinyl.

The track listing for each item is included on the product page. Simply click the ‘More Info’ button to read a full description with track listing. Also included is the format, number of discs, label, catalogue number, barcode and release date. This information is featured on the product page for every item onsite.

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and a unique order number. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an order once it has been placed. We recommend placing a new order for any additional items you would like to purchase.

Our orders are shipped by Huboo from their Bristol fulfilment centre in the UK. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after being placed, therefore it may not be possible cancel. If required, please contact our customer service team with your order details to request a cancellation, and we will do our best to accommodate this.

We know how important receiving albums in perfect condition is to collectors, and that is why we use only the highest quality professional vinyl mailers. Single item orders are packed in custom designed envelope mailers, with orders of up to 6 separate 12" vinyl EPs being packaged in custom designed heavy duty wrap packaging. All orders are also shipped with two cardboard stiffeners, one either side of the records, to ensure they are held firmly in place, whilst also protecting from any dents or scratches.

In an effort to reduce the environmental impact of vinyl production, we only use fully recyclable packaging, with zero plastic. This is supplied by the world’s only zero carbon packaging operation, which actively donates trees to offset their carbon footprint.

In addition to this, we are proud to use only FSC certified material for all our orders. FSC™ stands for ‘Forest Stewardship Council™’. They are an international non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible forestry. FSC™ certifies forests and other controlled sources all over the world to ensure they meet the highest environmental and social standards.

Products made with wood and paper from FSC™ certified forests are marked with the ‘tick tree’ logo, so when you see this logo, you can be confident that the product hasn’t harmed the world’s forests.

The Forest Stewardship Council™ (FSC™) logo on a wood or wood based product is your assurance that it is made with, or contains; wood that comes from FSC™ certified forests, from post-consumer waste, and other controlled sources. Forests are inspected and certified against strict standards based on ‘FSC™’s 10 Principles of Forest Stewardship’. These inspections are undertaken by accredited bodies, such as the Soil Association, that are certified by the FSC™. In order to be given FSC™ certification a forest (and other controlled sources) must be managed in an environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable manner. This is what makes the FSC™ system unique and ensures that a forest is well-managed from the protection of indigenous people’s rights to the methods of felling trees. Forests that meet these strict standards are given FSC™ certification and the timber allowed to carry the FSC™ label.

There are a number of other forest certification schemes around but they do not have the same strict environmental, social and economic standards or such a rigorous chain of custody; tracking timber from the forest to the final user. FSC™ is therefore the only forest certification scheme endorsed by the major environment charities including WWF, Greenpeace and the Woodland Trust.

Yes, we ship to many countries around the world. International shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24hr (Monday-Fri) but please allow an additional 3 working days handling time from the day you place your order. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr delivery.

Yes, we have a standard 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note, we are not able to accept returns for this reason if they have been unsealed or played.

We use only the highest quality packaging to ensure your items reach you safely, however when damage does occur in transit we are happy to offer a free return for a replacement or refund. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@codarecords.co.uk and we will provide you with a free returns label to send back your item.

We advise using the returns labels provided by ourselves. If you would like to select an alternative courier, we recommend using a tracked delivery service, but do not offer compensation for the cost of this.

It typically takes 7-10 days for processing after the item is received at the warehouse. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will receive an automated email confirming that the refund has been processed.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund too.

If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund confirmation email, please contact us at info@codarecords.co.uk.
