General Shipping Info
Our orders are shipped by Huboo from their Bristol fulfilment centre in the UK. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after being placed, therefore it may not be possible to make alterations to the order, or to the shipping details provided. In light of this please ensure the correct names / addresses are entered at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping notification which will contain your tracking number. Please make sure to check your junk / spam and promotions folder in case these important notifications have automatically been delivered there.

UK Domestic Shipping Targets
We aim to despatch all orders within 24hr (Monday-Fri) but please allow an additional 3 working days handling time from the day you place your order for orders sent via standard delivery. Please not these are delivery estimates, and may be liable to change.

Merch Items
All merch items are printed on demand by our trusted partners. Production time for each item is usually 5-7 working days, and the item will then be sent to you directly via tracked delivery. The current average delivery time for items is one week, however please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
For UK and US orders, the cost of shipping all merch items is included in the item price. There will be no additional charge at checkout.
For other international orders, the cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer free shipping on items ordered to addresses outside the UK or US.

Customs charges on international deliveries (excluding Merch)
For orders to addresses located outside of the UK, only UK duties and taxes will be collected at checkout. Additional customs fees are set by countries individual governments and Coda has no control over, nor receives any money from these. We do not undertake to pay additional charges that may become necessary at customs, these will be your responsibility.
Please be aware that if you return your order for a refund we will not refund any customs charges or shipping costs. If you refuse pay any customs charges due and therefore do not accept delivery of your order, a refund will only be processed once we have received your returned order, and it arrives in the same condition it was sent in. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
