Vinyl Shipping Info

Our vinyl orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after being placed, therefore it may not be possible to make alterations to the order, or to the shipping details provided. In light of this please ensure the correct names / addresses are entered at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping notification which will contain your tracking number. Please make sure to check your junk / spam and promotions folder in case these important notifications have automatically been delivered there.

We ship from the UK. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout - please note these do not include customs and duties for international orders.

 

UK Vinyl Shipping Targets

We aim to despatch all orders within 48hr (Monday-Fri) but please allow an additional 3 working days handling time from the day you place your order for orders sent via standard delivery. Please not these are delivery estimates, and may be liable to change.

Next day delivery may be available for items ordered before 3pm. If this is required, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will confirm that the items are available for same day dispatch.

International Vinyl Shipping Targets

We aim to despatch all orders within 24hr (Monday-Fri) but please allow an additional 2 working days handling time from the day you place your order. Please note this is a delivery estimate, not a guarantee.

Customs charges on international deliveries (excluding Merch)

For international orders (addresses located outside of the UK), UK duties and taxes will not be collected at checkout.

Additional customs fees are set by countries individual governments and Coda Records has no control over, nor receives any money from these. We do not undertake to pay additional charges that may become necessary at customs, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that if you return your order for a refund we will not refund any customs charges or shipping costs. If you refuse pay any customs charges due and therefore do not accept delivery of your order, a refund will only be processed once we have received your returned order. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

For all overseas deliveries Rocksax work with Global-e. They work with all the major payment providers across the globe and you can pay in your local currency. Then they take charge of organising the delivery, and are backed by DHL.
