The Cramps – Allez Vai Marseille: Live in Marseille, 1981 (Limited Edition 12-Inch Album on Splatter Vinyl)

This release is limited to 300 copies.

This album showcases the Cramps’ raucous gig at the Flipper, in Marseille, France, on 3 June 1981, during the Psychedelic Jungle Tour.

Featured here, are fan favourites such as Goo Goo Muck, I Was a Teenage Werewolf, Garbageman, Primitive, TV Set and more.

The Cramps are credited as progenitors of the psychobilly subgenre. The band’s unique sound unites classic rockabilly, elements of punk rock, touches of psychedelia, and lyrical fare devoted mostly to monster movies and sleazy sex into an infectious, gloriously tasteless conglomeration of American trash culture.
