The Beatles – Broadcasts 1964–1965 (12-Inch Double-LP)

During 1964 and 1965, Beatlemania was sweeping the globe, propelling the Fab Four to superstardom, the likes of which had never been seen before. That heady period produced some of the Beatles’ finest live performances on record.

This two-disc anthology compiles the band’s four key appearances on The Ed Sullivan Show, from February 1964 and September 1965, plus the legendary The Beatles (Invite You to Take a Ticket to Ride) BBC radio broadcast from June 1965.

Capturing the band as they spearheaded the British Invasion, featured here, are raw, energetic performances of classics such as All My Loving, She Loves You, I Saw Her Standing There, I Want to Hold Your Hand, Please Please Me, Ticket to Ride, Yesterday, Help! and many more.
