This album showcases Rush performing their celebrated 2112 suite at the Kiel Auditorium, in St. Louis, on 12 February 1980, during the Permanent Waves Tour.

For many fans, this is the definitive live performance by Rush, with the band at the peak of their progressive pomp phase. Also featured are live gems from the albums Permanent Waves and A Farewell to Kings, including the classic The Spirit of Radio and an astonishing live rendition of Xanadu.
