This album presents Pink Floyd’s legendary concert at the Star Club, in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 13 September 1967.
This show is one of the very few surviving live recordings featuring the band’s founder and charismatic leader, Syd Barrett. Despite barely audible vocals, the recording shines as a rare instrumental showcase.
Here, the band’s original lineup of Barrett, Roger Waters, Richard Wright and Nick Mason perform early psychedelic classics and rare live staples. Featured tracks include Arnold Layne and Astronomy Domine, plus the unreleased track, One in a Million, whose riff would later be reworked for Corporal Clegg.
This album represents an essential historical document for anyone looking to experience the essence of Syd Barrett live.
