For the show, Mitchell was accompanied by the jazz-fusion band L.A. Express, featuring Tom Scott, Robben Ford, Max Bennett, and John Guerin. The performance was recorded and later broadcast on the BBC’s The Old Grey Whistle Test, on 19 November 1974.
