The 25th Anniversary Tour, also known as the Clapton-Knopfler Tour, was a concert tour by Eric Clapton, to mark the legendary guitarist’s quarter century in the music business. Dire Straits guitarist Mark Knopfler was amongst Clapton’s band members during tour. Elton John also made a number of guest appearances during the tour – performing both solo numbers, and alongside Clapton and band for several more songs.
