David Bowie – Ziggy’s Last Stand: London Marquee Broadcast 1973 (12-Inch Double-LP)

The 1980 Floor Show was a rock musical spectacle featuring David Bowie as the protagonist, held at the Marquee Club in Soho, London, on 18–20 October 1973. These iconic shows were Bowie’s final performances as his character Ziggy Stardust.

The 1980 Floor Show was broadcast in the United States by NBC on 16 November 1973, as part of the series The Midnight Special. This double album features the entire broadcast on vinyl for the first time.

Special guest performers include Marianne Faithfull, the Troggs, Amanda Lear and Carmen – all of whom were on fine form for this cabaret-style variety show.
