This album showcases David Bowie’s spectacular concert at the Montreal Forum, on 13 July 1983, during the Serious Moonlight Tour.

This was the second of a two-night stand at the Canadian venue, both of which rewarded audiences with fan favourites spanning thirteen studio albums, from 1969’s self-titled second album, all the way to the (then) present hits from Let’s Dance.

Featured here, are Bowie classics such as Space Oddity, Life On Mars?, Rebel Rebel, “Heroes”, Ashes to Ashes, Let’s Dance and more.

The Serious Moonlight Tour began in May 1983 in support of Let’s Dance. The tour opened at the Vorst Forest Nationaal, Brussels, on 18 May 1983 and ended in the Hong Kong Coliseum on 8 December 1983; fifteen countries visited, ninety-six performances, and over 2.6 million tickets sold.
