This album showcases Camel’s concert at the Tokyo Kōsei Nenkin Kaikan, in Tokyo, on 27 January 1980, during the I Can See Your House from Here Tour.

Formed in 1971, progressive rock legends Camel gained a cult following in the 1970s with albums such as Mirage (1974) and The Snow Goose (1975).

The band’s seventh studio album, I Can See Your House from Here, was released in October 1979. The album introduced a new line-up with founding members Andrew Latimer (guitar) and Andy Ward (drums) joined by bassist Colin Bass (to replace Richard Sinclair) and keyboardists Jan Schelhaas (who joined in 1978 for the Breathless Tour) and Kit Watkins (ex-Happy The Man) who replaced Dave Sinclair.

With this line-up the band embarked on an extensive tour. This stellar performance features several cuts from I Can See Your House from Here, including Wait, Hymn to Her and Neon Magic, alongside fan favourite Echoes, a truncated version of The Snow Goose, and more.

The invigorating combination of the new line-up and musical style is self-evident. This is a unique opportunity to hear the band in this configuration.
