This album showcases Rush performing their legendary 2112 suite during the Permanent Waves Tour. The digitally re-mastered performance featured here was broadcast live to air from the Kiel Auditorium, in St. Louis, Missouri, on 12 February 1980.

For many fans, this is the definitive live performance by Rush, with the band at the peak of their progressive pomp phase. Also featured are live gems from the albums Permanent Waves and A Farewell to Kings, including the classic The Spirit of Radio and an astonishing live rendition of Xanadu.
