The disc features a great image of Ronnie James Dio on the front with a flaming Devil, and the back has the artwork from the This Is Your Life tribute album

The Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund was formed in honour of the legendary singer who lost his life to stomach cancer, and is dedicated to supporting cancer prevention research, raising awareness and educating the public about early detection and prevention. Proceeds from this release benefit the fund.
