If your order contains any of the following records, these are PRE-ORDER ITEMS and will be shipping after the release dates below.
Please note, if you are an International customer and your order contains a Pre-Order Item then your whole order will ship together when all items are available.
Due to the extremely high cost of postage we do not ship part-orders to international addresses. All of our orders are shipped and tracked by Royal Mail, DHL or UPS.
Please allow 3 working days for us to pick and pack your order which is then collected by DHL. We will then email you with a DHL tracking number. Please allow 21 days from the date we sent you your DHL tracking number for delivery. Please note unless 28 Days has elapsed since your tracking number was e-mailed to you, we cannot respond to any emails requesting updates on individual orders.

THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND ORDER SHIPPING
Every business wants to keep its customers satisfied and deliver the best possible service.
Since the company was founded back in 2008, Coda Records has shipped hundreds of thousands of orders to our customers around the globe.
We never want to let anyone down and we want to make our customers happy. All our orders are shipped from our own warehouse. These items are delivered by Royal Mail, DHL and UPS. Please rest assured, in these difficult and unprecedented times caused by the worldwide Covid -19 pandemic, we are doing our very best, according to our standard terms and conditions of sale, to get orders to you as swiftly as possible.
However, due to the difficulties arising from the Covid -19 pandemic and the resulting staff issues, there will inevitably be delays in getting some orders to you.
As you are aware this is designated as an event beyond our control. In accordance with Section 10 of our terms and conditions, we will use our reasonable endeavours to find a solution by means of which our obligations may be performed despite such event for the period that any such event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.
There has been a huge upsurge in on-line shopping, which has made it extremely difficult for Postal Services to manage the increased workload. We have had to deal with instances where Post Offices do not have the physical space and are simply unable to handle the increased amount of bulk commercial mail and are therefore turning away commercial customer’s shipments, until such times as they can cope.
We have therefore, entirely at Coda Records’ own cost, contracted with DHL, as an additional service provider, to deliver tracked delivery services.
DHL AND ROYAL MAIL TRACKED DELIVERIES
Please allow 3 working days for our warehouse staff to pick and pack your order.
Orders are then collected by DHL or Royal Mail. You will then receive an email with a DHL or Royal Mail tracking number.
All UK orders should be received within 5 working days of despatch by Royal Mail or DHL. Please allow 21 days from the date we sent you your Royal Mail DHL tracking number for delivery. Please note unless 21 Days has elapsed since your tracking number was e-mailed to you we cannot respond to any emails requesting updates on individual orders. For overseas orders please allow 28 days for delivery.
We strive to deliver everything much quicker than the dates set out above, but please do bear with us in these unprecedented times. This is especially true if you live in remote areas of countries such as Canada, Australia or Brazil where some orders may require three separate flights.
We are doing our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and thanks again for your support and understanding.
IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER
As you can appreciate with hundreds of thousands of packages being shipped, inevitably there will be the odd issue which requires to be rectified.
If you feel you do need to contact us Please make sure that in any e-mail you supply us with
i. Your (4 or 5 digit) order number
ii. Tell us which items you ordered .
iii. Identify any issue which requires attention
iv. Ensure that you have returned any faulty or damaged goods
v. Please supply photos if possible.
This will allow us to deal with any problems efficiently and swiftly on your behalf. We aim to respond within 7 Working Days
We appreciate that accidents do happen and this can be frustrating. The vast majority of customers are friendly and constructive. A tiny minority of some people wish to vent their anger.
However please note our staff are entitled to go about their daily work in a positive way. Please keep all correspondence polite and civilised. We will not respond to any e-mail which contains foul language, abuse or threats.
